Suwannee House and Bungalow is located 40 miles outside of Gainesville, on the Nature Coast of Florida. Suwannee House is the largest of three cottages discreetly placed on a ten-acre property. This house will take both you and your friends into a world of serenity where you can enjoy the historic Suwannee River.

Suwannee House is a three bedroom, three bath living space capable of sleeping up to nine guests. This house is furnished with a riverside appeal and well equipped with all today’s modern conveniences. A fully stocked, upgraded kitchen and wash and dryer are included. Built with an open floor plan, this cottage is air-conditioned and equipped with a smart TV. All your streaming needs are covered with free Wi-Fi access. The attached bungalow option offers a queen-sized bed and bunk beds for an additional four person sleeping space. The smaller living space contains a washer and dryer, microwave, and a full bath. The bungalow is also available as a solo rental. The main house has an amazing view of the river from a dual purpose screened-in and open porch. A short stroll down the path and your whole group can enjoy a private, covered double dock for all your water adventures the Suwannee River can offer. The house has its own cornhole game set and outdoor firepit where everyone can relax on an incredible Florida evening.

Other onsite amenities include a private boat ramp, volleyball and basketball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes, tetherball, and swing set. You may also rent kayaks on property.
