River Watcher Cottage is located 40 miles outside of Gainesville, on the Nature Coast of Florida. River Watcher is one of three cottages discreetly placed on a ten-acre property. This cottage will take into a serene world where you can enjoy a private view of the Suwannee River gently drifting by from a large screened-in porch.

River Watcher is a three bedroom, three bath living space. This cottage is furnished with a riverside appeal and well equipped with all of today’s modern conveniences. A fully stocked upgraded kitchen and wash and dryer are included. Built with an open floor plan, this cottage is air-conditioned and equipped with a smart TV. All your streaming needs are covered with free Wi-Fi access. A short stroll down the path and you will enjoy a private dock with a picnic table for all your water adventures this historic river can offer. The cottage has its own cornhole game set and outdoor firepit where you can relax on incredible Florida evenings.

Other onsite amenities include a private boat ramp, volleyball and basketball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes, tetherball, and swing set. You may also rent kayaks on property.
